We are always available for your general questions, comments or suggestions. However, we wanted to address some common concepts below:
Q: Why wouldn't you try to take them as a residential client and how would you keep them comming back to me for residential needs?
A: Our reputation depends on us being a safe source to refer your clients to us. Each member of the team already has a very successful residential business and would not jeapordise our reputation with other residential realtors by doing this.
Q: Why don't I just do it?
A: You can! If you feel comfortable with all the aspects of a commercial transaction. However, we have invested heavily in commercial MLS sources (for our listings and buyer research), invested in education, already made the expensive mistakes, understand the numbers (cap rates, DCR, Cash on Cash, etc.) and have all the vendor connections to make it a great expiereince for your valued client. If, you feel that it would not jeapordize the relationship you have with your client and/or you have a better chance going solo, then you are probably good to go it alone.
Q: I don't work for Keller Williams so i don't want to work with you. Why do you want to work with me?
A: We are all independent agents that happen to pay a francise fee for whatever logo we liked the best. This should not ever imped our ability to make money and build relationships among all other indpendent agents.
